Repair:
1. Pressure regulator setting of air compressor
The unloading pressure is adjusted with the upper adjusting bolt. Turn the bolt clockwise to increase the unloading pressure, and turn counterclockwise to reduce the unloading pressure.
2. Air filter
The dust in the sucked air is blocked in the filter to avoid premature wear of the compressor and blockage of the oil separator. Usually after 1000 hours of operation or one year, the filter element should be replaced. In dusty areas, the replacement interval should be shortened. . When the filter is repaired, it must be shut down to reduce the parking time. It is recommended to replace it with a new or cleaned spare filter element.
The steps to clean the filter element are as follows:
1. Tap the two ends of the filter element in turn against a flat surface to dry the dust with most of the weight.
2. Use dry air less than 0.28MPa to blow in the direction opposite to the inhaled air. The nozzle is 25 mm away from the folded paper, and blow up and down along its length.
3. If there is grease on the filter element, it should be washed in warm water with non-foaming detergent. Soak the filter element in this warm water for at least 15 minutes and wash it with clean water in a hose. Do not use heating to accelerate drying. One filter element Can be washed 5 times and then discarded.
4. Put a light in the filter element for inspection. If it is found to be thin, pinholes or damaged places should be discarded.
Three, cooler
The inner and outer surfaces of the cooler pipe must be kept clean. Otherwise, the cooling effect will be reduced. The working conditions should be cleaned regularly.
Four, gas storage tank / oil and gas separator
The gas storage tank/oil-air separator is manufactured and inspected according to the pressure vessel standard, and is not arbitrarily modified.
Five, safety valve
The safety valve installed on the gas storage tank/oil-air separator should be inspected at least once a year. The adjustment of the safety valve must be carried out by a professional person. The lever must be loosened at least once every three months to make the valve open and close once to ensure the safety valve Can work normally.
The inspection steps are as follows:
1. Close the air supply valve;
2. Connect the water source;
3. Start the unit;
4. Observe the working pressure and slowly turn the pressure regulator adjusting bolt clockwise. When the pressure reaches the specified value, the safety valve has not been opened or it has been opened before reaching the specified value, and it must be adjusted.
The adjustment steps are as follows:
1. Remove the cap and lead seal;
2. If the valve is opened too early, loosen the lock nut and tighten the positioning bolt by half a turn. If the valve is opened too late, loosen the lock
Tighten the nut about one turn and loosen the positioning bolt half a turn.
3. Repeat the test steps, if the safety valve still cannot be opened when the pressure value is specified, adjust it again.
Six, digital thermometer experiment
The inspection method of digital thermometer is to put the thermocouple in the oil bath together with a reliable thermometer. If the temperature deviation is greater than or equal to ±5%, the thermometer should be replaced.
Seven, motor overload relay
Under normal conditions of the relay, the contact should be closed. When the current exceeds the rated value, it will open to cut off the power of the motor.

Maintenance:
Compared with the piston compressor, the screw compressor has a much lower probability of failure, but if the use and maintenance are improper, the advantages of the screw compressor will be difficult to take advantage of.
